I build classes and programs using yoga, fitness, nutrition and holistic health practices for people who are ready to push themselves to move beyond what's comfortable into the spaces that are real, challenging, inspiring and ultimately life changing. It's simple: we all feel better when we are moving, doing our best, taking care of ourselves and pushing the limits. Just because it's simple doesn't mean it's easy. This is where I come in. You bring the motivation and I'll bring the structure, the cheerleading and the tough love too.
