I work with my health coaching clients to get focused on goals, identify obstacles and work through them to create sustainable and powerful change. I foster motivation, clarity, and focus for my clients and provide accountability, coaching and resources. I use a holistic approach; investigating the whole picture. I look at habits, motivators and history and pull out weeds from the root. The focus is enhancing, preserving and creating health; taking all aspects of life into account.
Areas of focus include: nutrition, exercise programming, and lifestyle (sleep, stress, career, relationships, and spirituality).
I offer hourly sessions, 3 month and 6 month programs, group workshops, cleanses, and corporate sessions and programs.
