Health coaching approach

I work with my health coaching clients to get focused on goals, identify obstacles and work through them to create sustainable and powerful change. I foster motivation, clarity and focus for my clients while providing easy to follow programming, accountability, coaching and resources. I use a holistic approach; investigating the whole picture. I look at habits, motivators and history and help pull out weeds at the root. It's never just about food, weight loss or fitness.

Areas of focus include nutrition, exercise programming and lifestyle (sleep, stress, career, relationships, family, spirituality).

I offer hourly sessions, 3 and 6 month programs, group workshops and corporate sessions/programs.


I worked with Katie for 12 weeks on a health and wellness plan, after doing her 21 day clean eating group program. With Katie’s expertise and guidance I was able to make significant measurable progress (17 lbs down!) towards my long term goals, and establish a health and fitness regime that works with my life. We also worked through all the variables that typically take your routine off track (travel, work, family, etc.).
